Just Add Ink #613...Colour!

Happy Friday Friends!

Over at Just Add Ink this week we have a pretty colour combination to create with and lots of lovely inspiration from the team.

My project this week uses the gorgeous "Sending Smiles" bundle & the super cute camper van from the Sale-a-bration "Tree Lot" dies which coordinates with the "Trees for Sale" stamp set in the new July/December mini from Stampin Up!

I have also partially inked/stamped with the "Rays of Light" background stamp for some extra inky fun!

Just Add Ink #612...Choose Two!

 

Happy Friday Everyone!

It's Just Add Ink challenge time and this week Kim has given us a fun "Choose Two" challenge!

My two choices are "Fur & Stitching" for a sweet, fun and simple little gift bag, ready to fill for a little birthday gift!

Using some lovely "NEW" goodies, the Sale-a-bration stamp set "Amazing Phrases" & "Peek-a-Boo" treat bags from the annual catalogue as the base.

My "FUR" element uses the cute bear from the Count on Me stamp set and to create the fur effect, l used the "Snowfall Accents" puff paint (available in the new July-Dec mini)

The stitching element is the sentiment banner, diecut with the Simply Succulent Dies.

Stampin Blends were used to colour the bears overalls and create the polka dots.

This was a bit of fun and ended up rather cute!

Just Add Ink #611...Sketch!

This weeks fun Just Add Ink sketch challenge is from Di and what a fun one it is!

I have gone to my default creating of packaging for this one! Embellishing with the gorgeous Sending Smiles bundle...The blooms in this set were perfect for recreating the sketch elements and using up some more retired dsp!

Short and sweet post from me today, as its school holidays and Nanny daycare is calling!

Stamp Review Crew...Happiness Abounds!

 

Evening all!

We are hopping over at Stamp Review Crew and for this one we are sharing all things "Happiness Abounds"

This set is part of a suite of products called "Hues of Happiness" and it it just divine! Every new Stampin Up! catalogue l have one suite of products that will be a definite fave and for me, this is it!

I love that the colours are so beautifully coordinated  and that the dies can be used to diecut some of the floral images from the dsp...Makes creating so quick and easy!

Another product in this suite is the "Glossy Dots Assortment" and they are just beautiful!

I have two projects to share, the first being a sweet giftbox created with the "Scalloped Kraft Treat Boxes" and layered with stamped and blend coloured images.

Colours used are So Saffron-Mango Melody-Old Olive in Stampin blends!

The second one is all about the DSP and how quick and easy it is to create a pretty project using just the "Hues of Happiness" dsp.
