Just Add Ink #536...Inspiration!

Merry Christmas and wishing you all a wonderful 2021....Lets hope its much more enjoyable than 2020 has been!

This will be our last Just Add Ink challenge for the year , so some festive inspo was fitting! But we will be back in January after a well earned break and look forward sharing lots of fun new ideas.

I have gone with packaging, using the cute coffee carriers which perfectly suit a gift of hand wash (a fitting gift for 2020) and a lovely pure soy candle!

I used my Poinsettia Petals and the Heartwarming Hugs dsp to decorate. My petals got a very liberal spray of Champagne Shimmer and of course one of the sweet beaded pearl embellishments to finish off.

Thank you to everyone that has popped by and left comments through the year, they are truly appreciated and keep this crazy crafter creating!

Thanks for stopping by and have a very safe and enjoyable festive season.

Just Add Ink #535...Magical Creatures!

Happy Friday Friends!

It is time for a new challenge over at Just Add Ink and for this one Kelly has challenged us to add "Magical Creatures" to our projects!

Having just created a cute Gnome card for another challenge, l decided to pull out a very old set that l have rediscovered recently called "Holiday Lineup"...Who else thinks Santas Elves are pretty darn magical!

I used a similar design as for my Gnome card below and kept my colour theme the same, l forgot just how cute these guys are and thoroughly enjoyed colouring them.

I used my Stampin Blends in Pool Party-Real Red-Old Olive & Bronze/Ivory. They all got a little dose of sparkle and shine using Wink of Stella & Fine Tip Glue.

Lots of magical ideas from the rest of the team, so make sure you click the link and check those out too!

The lovely Lou has given us this gorgeous bright and happy combo to create with for this one and as much as l don't do traditional Christmas colours and these would a great alternative, l had a birthday to create for, so l went with that using the "All Things Fabulous" bundle and a little masking.

Stamp Review Crew...Gnome for the holidays!

Happy Monday friends!

We have a fun new hop happening over at Stamp Review Crew and we are showcasing lots of fun ways to use the super cute "Gnome for the Holidays" stamp set.

I was so excited to see this set in the holiday catalogue and needless to say it was the first one on my wishlist!
Its cute, fun and as its one for colouring it was always going to be a fave. I kept my card fairly simple in design so its easy to replicate and couldn't resist adding some coloured images from the "Joyful Holly" stamp set as well.

Another inclusion is the diecuts from the Stitched so Sweetly dies, these are my go to of late for adding layers and interest.

All of my images were coloured with my Stampin Blends in Old Olive-Real Red-Pool Party and lots of sparkle and shine using Wink Of Stella and Fine Tip Glue. Not that you can see those in the pics.

Next up is the lovely Charlet Mallett and l'm sure she has something fabulous to share!

Just Add Ink #534...Colour!

Happy Friday everyone!

It is officially the silly season and this weeks colour challenge combination at Just Add Ink is perfect for creating those traditional coloured projects!

I decided to get a start on some gift packaging for this one and used one of the Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes as my base and combined it with some of the very festive Heartwarming Hugs dsp and Poinsettia Petals.
I was pretty late to the purchase party with this bundle, but after seeing so many gorgeous projects floating around, l had severe fomo and decided to purchase before it disappears and l LOVE it!

As always, there are lots of fabulous projects from the team, so make sure you click the link above to go take a peek at those and even get creating and add your own to the gallery.

Just Add Ink #533...Add "S"

Good Morning everyone!

This weeks fun "S" challenge from Tina over at Just Add Ink has given the team so many creative a fun ideas.

I went with an Arrow Fold adding "S" in my sentiment. I have combined some older dsp with Misty Moonlight, Cajun Craze and the Tasteful Touches bundle to create a special ISO birthday card.

And to colour the rhinestones on both projects, l used my Stampin Blends...Great way to coordinate with other products.

And my second card.... Uses a retired stocking punch set that has lots of Sparkle!
Between the two cards, l think l have the "S" elements covered.

Don't forget to click the link and pop over to the challenge blog to see all of the design team creations!
