Morning Friends!

It's time for this weeks Just Add Ink challenge share and for this one we have some summery beachy Inspiration.

To create this one l used some Sahara Sand-Starry Sky-Tahitian Tide inkpads with Blending Brushes to create a soft hue background, to which l added some Whisper White diluted ink speckles.

Palm tree & decorative banner are from the Paradise Palm dies and flowers and foliage are from the Regency Park bundle in Mango Melody & Pear Pizzazz. Greeting is from the Blessings of Home stamp set.

To finish off l have added some Linen Thread and Classic Matte Dots to the flower centers.

Colour INKspiration #138

Evening all! Colour INKspiration challenge are back with a brand new colour palette from Monica...Love these colours together and decided they would work well with the "Love for You" bundle and idea l had in mind.

I stamped the flowers in first & second generation Highland Heather and first & second gen Granny Apple Green, using Daffodil Delight for the centers and added some tiny Tahitian Tide hearts...Fine black liner work added to create a little more detail.

Stamp Review Crew...SAB #2

Stamp Review Crew are hopping and for this one we are sharing more fun creations using the Sale-a-bration products!

For my project, l have combined the super cute "Thanks a Bunch" SAB stamps with the oh so sweet "Easter Bunny" bundles...a perfect pairing!

To stamp the carrot bunches, l have used second generation stamping in Blushing Bride & Soft Seafoam. 

Bunny was coloured using Smoky Slate Stampin Blends and floral & Easter egg detail was Soft Seafoam-Blushing Bride-Roccoco Rose-Mango Melody and a gold twine bow to add some sparkle and some white gel pen dots on the bunny.

Stamp Review Crew...Watercolour World!

 

Stamp Review Crew are on the hop! For this one we are sharing our projects created with the big & beautiful "Watercolour World" background stamp.

For my project, l have gone for a masculine Valentine card and l have inked it up in Sahara Sand on basic White cardstock and layered it up on a Sahara Sand base.

The large dies are the Alphabet a La Mode dies and l just love them! The sentiment was created using the (Retired) Back to Basics alphabet stamps and the sweet heart is from the Love for You dies in Poppy Parade....Sweet and simple, just like my man!...lol Good thing he doesn't read my blog!

Just Add Ink #639...Colour!

Good Morning friends!

Over at Just Add Ink  this week, Jan has given us this pretty In-Colour combo to create with!

I'm not normally into using so many brighter shades on one project, but love these and decided they would work well for my Mexican loving Miss 9 for her birthday.

The "Taco Fiesta" set is so cute and has lots of great images for colouring. I pulled out my retired Fringe Scissors for this one, l forgot how much they are to play with.

I have used the colours in lines on a piece of Basic White, shading each with the co-ordinating Stampin Blends and then used the scissors to fringe.

The "HB2U" was created using the great "Alphabet a La Mode" dies, each one cut in a co-ordinating colour and given a shiny coat of the Fine Tip glue.

Its time to share our brand new challenge over at Colour INKspiration and for this one the lovely Lou has provided some fabulous colours to create with!

My project uses another new bundle from the current Jan/April Mini catalogue from Stampin Up! called Regency Park and diecut greetings from the Love For You dies.

Sweet and simple and the inkpad colours are Evening Evergreen-Orchid Oasis-Balmy Blue-Polished Pink.
