Stamp Review Crew...Swirly Frames!

Happy festivities everyone and as its almost 2020 a "Happy New Year" to you all as well!

Well, l have to say I'm pretty excited to be back playing along with the Stamp Review Crew and sharing a project using old and new!
We are an international design team, that blog hops fortnightly to share Stampin Up! products in new and creative ways...I love seeing what the crew creates, they always inspire and are such a talented bunch!
If you are happily hopping, you would have arrived here from the blog of Jay Soriano and his no doubt fabulous project.

Our focus set today is the versatile "Swirly Frames" stamp set. Its great for creating effective backgrounds and frames to showcase other products.
I have combined it with the lovely new "poppy Moments" dies in Poppy Parade-Real Red-Granny Apple Green-Old Olive...I kept it pretty clean letting these products shine on their own.

Next up on the hop is the lovely Holly I'm sure she will have something fabulous to share!

Colour INKspiration #69

 Colour INKspiration

It's Colour INKspiration time and the last of our challenges for 2019!

Looking back on all of the colour combinations, it really is amazing how beautifully the teams projects came together, using some really interesting colour combinations.
Especially for me, some of them l would never have reached for together, but l pretty much loved them all!

If you would like to see more and join in with our challenges, click the link above to be redirected to our Facebook page, where you can request to join or click the "Next" banner below to complete the hop and see all of the teams lovely work!

So, my project this week uses the Serene Scenes bundle with one of the floral images from Bloom & Grow, coloured with Stampin Blends.
I love a good shaker card and l must say, this bundle is so easy and fun to use. Not sure l pulled of my original concept here, but it is pretty and shows how versatile and not just for Christmas this bundle is!

Next up on the hop is the lovely Leonie Stuart make sure you click on the banner and go take a peek. Leonie always has something lovely to share!

Just Add Ink #485...One Layer!

Happy Friday friends!

This weeks challenge over at Just Add Ink was suggested by Jan and she has challenged us to create a project with a single layer.

I have gone with a base of thick Whisper White, one of the "Bloom & Grow" images and coloured them with my Stampin Blends...Now you may be thinking this would leave blend spots on the inside and you would be right...easy fix is to add a full card size insert for covering and writing on.

Lots of fab single layer inspiration from the Design Team over on the blog, so make sure you check those out too!
