Stamp Review Crew...Whimsical Trees!

Evening all!

Over at Stamp Review Crew we are on the hop and sharing our projects created with the lovely "Whimsical Trees" bundle.

This is a must have in your Christmas creating stash and was one of my first holiday catty purchases...I may well have bought it just for the small arrow looking trees...So cute!

I have used multiple products from the "Whimsy & Wonder" suite on my project, the dsp being one and it is just beautiful. The designs and colours are so pretty and l love that some of the 12"x 12" sheets have super cute stand alone images, perfect for fussy cutting and adding to your festive projects.

I have used one of the dsp designs on my Soft Succulent base panel, layered on a cardbase of Mint Macaron and added some stamped and diecut images in Mint Macaron, Evening Evergreen & Silver Foil(retired) diecuts, with a layered greeting panel using the Tasteful Labels dies.

For some extra detail, l've used some Silver Glimmer paper(retired) coloured with my dark Soft Succulent blend and a (retired) star punch and a silver twine bow.

If you are happily hopping, you would have arrived here from the fabulously creative Jay Soriano and l'm sure he had something amazing to share!

Just Add Ink #582...Inspiration!

Pic Credit: https://www.momooze.com/ultimate-christmas-decoration-inspiration/

Good Morning!

It's Just Add Ink challenge time and this week Rachael has given us some lovely festive inspiration to create with.

For my project this week l have gone uber simple using the "Whimsical Trees" bundle in Mossy Meadow with some of the sweet "Subtle Shimmer Sequins". I have coloured the holly image with Stampin Blends in Old Olive & Real Red, added some Pattern Party dsp and Kraft & Real Red cardstock and a Silver twine bow for sparkle.

Short and sweet from me today, as life is just a little crazy in the pre Christmas lead up.

So much lovely festive inspiration from the design team, so make sure you click the link above and head over to the challenge blog for loads of inspiration.

Just Add Ink #581...Add Legs!

Good Morning freinds!

This week Lou has challenged us to add "LEGS" to our projects over at Just Add Ink. I have to say this had me thinking for some time, as to what sets l had with legs.

With Christmas on the horizon l decided the images in the "Delivering Cheer" stamp set was a good choice and have created a somewhat pretty "Christmas Hugs" card.

I have used Stampin Blends in Misty Moonlight-Old Olive-Bronze & Ivory to colour her legs-shoes-sleeves & tree(stamped in Mossy Meadow) and stamped her skirt on the gorgeous Whimsy & Wonder dsp in Misty Moonlight. She has been layered up on a piece of Basic White-Gold Foil-Whimsy & Wonder dsp on a Basic White cardbase embossed with the Evergreen Forest 3D folder.

The sentiment is from the Words of Cheer & Sending Hugs bundles(basic white cardstock coloured with Polished Pink blender brush).

To finish l have added a bow in Gold Twine & some basic Rhinestones coloured with my Polished Pink blend.

Lots of fun & fabulous projects from the design team, so make sure you click the link and have a peek at those!
