Stamp Review Crew...Sending Smiles!

Evening all!

Stamp Review Crew are hopping and this one is all about the gorgeous "Sending Smiles" bundle and l'm in love!

If you are happily hopping, you would have arrived here from Debra Burgin and l'm sure she had something fun and creative to share!
But if you've just landed here, you can follow the hop and see all of the wonderful crew projects by clicking the link above or "Next" banner below.
Stamp Review Crew are a wonderfully talented group of Stampin Up! demonstrators from across the globe that come together twice a month to share lots of fabulous ideas using Stampin Up! products.

If Holly hadn't set this as a hop, l may well have postponed purchasing this bundle, but oh my goodness, l am so, so glad she did! I think this bundle will definitely see a lot of ink, it is so lovely to create with.

My project for this one also features my current fave Stripes & Splatters 3D embossing folder...It is just perfect for adding subtle texture.

Inkpad colours are Fresh Freesia-Mango Melody-Cajun Craze-Old Olive, with a Kraft sentiment and c Linen Thread...It's sweet and it's simple.

Just Add Ink #603...Colour!

Morning!

Its Just Add Ink challenge time and for this one we have a great colour palette to play with!

My project uses the "Jar of Flowers" bundle, coloured with Stampin Blends (some retired) and popped up on some wonky layers in Rich Razzleberry & basic White, embossed with the Splatters folder.

Sentiment is from the peaceful Moments stamp set and popped up on 1-1/2" & 1-3/8" circle punches (retired). To create the ribbon detail, l have used a piece of the (Retired) Blushing bride Frayed Grosgrain and cut it down the center, pulling enough strands out to make the bow.

Lots of great projects from the team, so click the link if you want an inspiration boost!

Just Add Ink #602...Choose Two!

Good Morning friends!

Our challenge this week over at Just Add Ink  is from Kerry and she has given us this fun "Choose Two" challenge with great options to create with!

I have gone with the "Butterflies & Flowers" masks as my stencils and Heat Embossing on my sentiment.

Floral details are So Saffron & Bumblebee Inkpads applied with blending brushes, the foliage is Pear Pizzazz & Old Olive.
The sentiment is a diecut from the Art Gallery bundle and to finish off l have used the Linen Thread & basic Rhinestones.

I have to say l really love the layering concept of these masks, it is simple, yet so effective!

Just Add Ink #601...Sketch!

Morning all!

This week over at Just Add Ink Kim has given us this great sketch to create with...Simple and perfect for any style or theme.
As l had the Artistically Inked products out on my desk, l decided to incorporate the sketch elements into another pretty Artistically Inked project.
To create the circle elements, l inked up the flower images in Pale Papaya and added Polished Pink detail to the centers using a sponge dauber direct to rubber before stamping.

I am really going to miss the Expressions in Ink DSP...but l may have purchased an extra pkt to hoard...lol

Lots of great sketch inspiration from the team...You know the drill, click the link and check them out!
