Just Add Ink #783...Colour & Inspiration!

Over at Just Add Ink we have a fun Colour & Inspiration challenge happening and my project for this one uses mainly the colours, but the Lovely Blossom diecut worked to add some circle elements (think Donuts).

The colours l chose are Stampin Up! Early Espresso-Pretty in Pink-Crumbcake-White. Stamped images are from the Lovely Blossom set and the Pretty in Pink designer paper and flat pearls are from the 24/26  In Colour products...To finish off, l have added some twine detail using the Gold Twisted Thread and greeting is also from the Lovely Blossom stamps.

Pretty grunge for the new Colour INKspiration challenge and for this one cheryll has provided a pastel pallete for us to create with!

I decided to step outside of my comfort zone for this one, using the Gears & Textures bundle to create a pretty pastel grunge project.

This set is super cool and the elements work great individually or together making it a very versatile bundle...To add some extra oomph, l used some retired silver foil and rhinestones to girly it up a little.

Good Morning friends!

We have a fun new challenge happening over at Just Add Ink and this one is from Lou, she has challenged us to choose two or more of the options to create with.

My choices for this one are Twine-Sequins(from my stash)-Rhinestones. Using the gorgeous new Simply Beautiful bundle, Lovely Blossom bundle for the greeting and the Lovely & Beautiful DSP.

Colours were dictated by the dsp l chose, Fresh Freesia- Bubble Bath-Old Olive-Soft Seafoam.

Twine is Olive Green Linen Thread(retired) and some Rhinestones & Sequins to add some sparkle.

Just Add Ink #781...Wings!

 

 

It's Friday friends!

That means a fun NEW challenge over at Just Add Ink and for this one Kerry has challenged us to create a project adding "Wings".

Well l have to say, not having anything much with wings, it had me stumped and pulling out all manner of retired products from my stash, plus some New ones too!

I eventually landed on some retired DSP from the Botanical Butterfly pack and decided on a monochrome look using multiple patterns and punching out some butterflies with the coordinating punch.

The NEW products are the "Lovely Arrangements" Bundle, all stamped in Black on Basic White, with a Basic Black Bakers twine (retired) bow to finish it all off.

Over at Colour INKspiration challenges we have a gorgeous new colour combo from Jan and l loved creating for this one!

I've used the Arched Wishes dies to create a double layer, diecutting the top one with the pretty "Lovely Blossoms" die to add a subtle detail.

Using the Petals of Beauty dies, l diecut some foliage in Basic Gray and Granny Apple Green, the added some stamped images from the Petals of Beauty stamps in Berry Burst and Granny Apple Green, keeping it all fresh and simple. Finishing off with some tiny basic rhinestones for sparkle!

Just Add Ink #780...Stencils & Dies!

 

Happy Friday friends!

This weeks challenge over at Just Add Ink is on repeat! It's such a good challenge option, as it allows for the addition of pretty much any theme, style, colours and products!

I am besotted by the "Petals of Beauty" bundle, it has some great images and dies and the coordinating products like the "Brushed with Beauty" DSP and the "Pearls of Beauty" make creating so simple.

The colours l've used are Calypso Coral-Crumbcake-Very Vanilla-Early Espresso-Old Olive & Mossy Meadow.

I pulled out one of my old stencils from the Sweet Soiree pack and added some detail with Crumbcake ink & a blending brush. It's soft & subtle, but there.

Sentiment is from the "Lovely Arrangements" stamps inked in Early Espresso. To finish off l have added some of the pretty "Pearls of Beauty" embellishments and a sweet little Linen Thread bow.

It's time for a fun NEW challenge over at Colour INKspiration and this one is from Lou...Cake-Flowers & pretty colours will always appeal.

Having purchased the New Simply Beautiful bundle, l wanted to create the large diecut flower to see how it looks size wise....It's definitely large, almost too much so for a card for me, so some pretty packaging it is!

So l could add in the Lost Lagoon colour, l riffled through my DSP stash and found this simple pattern in the Everyday Happiness pack (retired).

Sentiment is stamped in Lost Lagoon using the Delicate Framing stamps. To finish of l shredded some of the lovely Petal Pink braided Trim to create the bow.

Just Add Ink #779...Sketch!

Happy challenge day friends!

Our Just Add Ink challenge for this one is from Jan and it's such a great simple sketch that creating was so easy!

I've used the gorgeous "Lovely Arrangements" bundle and kept it crisp and clean. Added some simple texture with the Mini Corrugated embossing folder.

Colours are Secret Sea-Old Olive-Basic White.

Time to invest in some White embossing powder also. As with my previous project, it also is not performing as l'd like, although the white is better than the silver.

I've also added some of the pretty "Moody Pallete" glossy dots to finish off.
