Just Add Ink #617...Choose Two!

Morning all!

Our challenge this week over at Just Add Ink was suggested by Di and she has challenged us to create using "TWO" of the options on our projects.

I've managed to kill two birds as they say, by using the fabulous "Dots & Spots" die. I have combined it with some blend colouring in Blackberry Bliss-Soft Succulent & Mango Melody on some of the gorgeous Perfectly Pencilled dsp and a bit of fussy cutting.

The soft leaf stamping on the background is Soft Succulent and uses one of the leaf images from the pretty cottage Rose stamps.
The greeting is from a new fave.."Go to Greetings" and is diecut using the "Cracker Treat Box die" another new toy l've added to my supplies, its so, so cute!

Loads of lovely inspo from the design team, so click the link for a peek at those if you haven't already!

Stamp Review Crew...Bottled Happiness!

It's "HOP" time over at Stamp Review Crew and this one is all about the lovely "Bottled Happiness" stamps/bundle.

I absolutely love a good punch bundle and this one is very versatile. As Stampin Up! do, they have created another coordinating stamp set for a double whammy with the punch!

I have created a couple of projects using both the "Bottled Happiness" & "Vintage Christmas".

The sweet giftbag uses the Bottled Happiness bundle and was created using the Embossed Treat Bags as a base with some Blushing Bride brush blending.
Floral elements are Blushing Bride-Poppy Parade-Bumblebee(retired)-Old Olive and bottles are first and second generation Bumblebee stamping.
I know its retired, but my two fave mustard colours are Bumblebee & More Mustard, both retired and there really is nothing current that appeals to me at the minute.
The sentiment is layered up on a Distressed Gold punch, another new fave product and to finish l've added a bow in gold twine & some of the Elegant Faceted Gems.

The second project uses the "Vintage Christmas" stamps and "Painted Christmas" dsp, on a "Mini Pocket Envelope" diecut...This is super cute, perfect for adding gift cards and can be adhered inside a card or as l intend, hung on the tree!
Colours on this one are Soft Succulent-Evening Evergreen-Cherry Cobbler, finished with the Metallic Dots.

If you are happily hopping, you would have arrived here from Jay Soriano and l'm sure he had something fun, fabulous and creative to share!
But if you've just landed here, you can follow the hop and see all of the wonderful crew projects by clicking the link above or "Next" banner below.
Stamp Review Crew are a wonderfully talented group of Stampin Up! demonstrators from across the globe that come together twice a month to share lots of fabulous ideas using Stampin Up! products.

Next up on the hop is Mike Funke and l'm sure he will have something fabulous to share.

Just Add Ink #616...Sketch!

Happy Friday Friends!

It's Just Add Ink challenge time and this week Narelle has given us a fun & simple sketch to create with.

I could'nt resist inking up my new "Full of Love" stamps and combining them with another fave bundle, the "Flowers of Friendship".
Both of these sets work beautifully together and colouring them with my Stampin Blends was very relaxing.

I created a subtle patterned background using the Artistic Decorative masks, a blender brush and some Mango Melody ink.
Flowers and foliage colours are Pumpkin Pie-Orchid Oasis-Mango Melody-Granny Apple Green-Poppy Parade-Pool Party.
"Go to Greetings" & Orchid Oasis inkpad on a diecut from the Harvest dies for my sentiment and to finish off a Pool Party cardstock layer & 21-23 In Col opal rounds.
