Brons-60th-Birthday-Blog-Hop-4-Casing-pages-in-the-60s

Evening all!

Tonights post is sharing a very special Blog Hop!
We're a group of stamping friends that are celebrating Bron's 60th Birthday in 2022 with six blog hops, over six months, with six fun themes!
This months theme is "CASEing the Catty from a Page in the Sixties"

If you are happily hopping, you would have arrived here from my sweet friend Tina Gillespie and l'm sure she had something fun and creative to share!

Loving all things floral, page 66 of the annual Stampin Up! catalogue was always going to be my choice...The "Awash with Beauty" suite is really beautiful.

Unfortunately my BBB is still being packed, so l have substituted with the stunning "Hues of Happiness" suite for this one, choosing to case the Top middle card.

I created a soft Flirty Flamingo grid pattern using the "Artistic Decorative Masks" and blending brushes, this was layered up on a base of So Saffron cardstock.

Foliage is diecut from the "Meadow Dies" in Soft Seafoam and the flowers from the gorgeous "Hues of Happiness" DSP and sentiment from the "Happiness Abounds" stamp set.

Gold Twine & Basic Pearls to finish!

Next you are off to be inspired by another lovely friend Chantell Randall and l'm sure she will wow you with her project!

Thanks for stopping by!
All supplies used are Stampin Up!

  1. Nicki, your gorgeous card reminds me of my beautiful nana who had a china set just like this. Your card is so classic, feminine and elegant!

  4. I love this! Such a fabulous CASe! It's interesting to see how our two cards ended up so differently, despite the same inspiration.
