Colour INKspiration ...#150

Evening all, it's BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION time!

Over at Colour INKspiration challenges, Lou has given us this fabulous colour combination to celebrate our 150th challenge! This one will run for 3 wks, which gives you plenty of time to join in and celebrate with us!

It has been so much fun being a part of the design team from the very first challenge and watching it grow and become so popular. It's a lovely group from Aus & NZ and a very creative, supportive and talented bunch of crafters.

INKspired to join in the challenge? Firstly check out the fabulous inspiration from the design team over in our facebook album and then create and load your project using the challenge colours.
You can also include Basic White, Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Crumb cake and Metallics.
If you are not already a member of our Facebook group, you can click on the link above to be redirected where you can request to join, get creating and add your project.

I decided with the inspiration pic being so pretty, l would take my creating cue from that and inked up my fave flowers from the "Two Tone Fancy Flora" bundle.
To start l used a blending brush and some Pretty Peacock ink to add some colour to the panel and diecut using the large floral die from this bundle.
Flowers were stamped in a combination of Pumpkin Pie-Calypso Coral-Sweet Sorbet in first and second generation stamping.
Foliage is Old-Olive & Pretty Peacock. I've added a Linen Thread bow of sorts and some Basic Rhinestones coloured with Pumpkin Pie stampin blends.
As the die is not perfect sizing for our cardstocks, l added some Pumpkin Pie to cover the white edge and add extra colour.
Greeting is from the Share a Milkshake stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by!
All supplies used are Stampin Up!
