Just Add Ink #511...Inspiration!

Happy Friday friends!

Its Just Add Ink challenge time and this week Rachael has given us this beautiful inspiration to create with!

I have used the "Jar of Flowers" bundle once again (still a little obsessed) and created a warm toned, jar of blooms inspired by the inspiration pic and one of my daughters candles from her Frankie Gusti brand candle business, with artwork from the fabulous Georgie Wilson.

I have used Cinnamon Cider for the jar and coloured my blooms in Petal Pink-Mango Melody-Cajun Craze-Mint Macaron & Mossy Meadow using Stampin Blends.

The embossed panel is the mini Greenery embossing folder and l've added some of the pretty new In-Colour enamel dots to finish off.

Colour INKspiration #80

Happy Wednesday everyone!

The Colour INKspiration team have a pretty new colour combination to share! I love these pretty pastels and thought they would work well with the new "Hand Drawn Blooms" stamp....So pretty and delicate!

I had lots of fun colouring with my Stampin Blends and then added some sparkly details using an old glitter pen l have had for years.

I fussy cut the image and popped it up on a panel of another new pretty, the "Tasteful Textures" embossing folder, edged with some of the lace detail from one of the "Ornate Layers" dies.

Just Add Ink #510...Fancy Folds!

Happy Friday Friends!

Our Just Add Ink challenge this week was suggested by Jo and she has challenged us to add a fancy fold to our projects!

I have gone with a simple one using the "Forever Greenery" products to create a double opening fold. My Perfect Peacock card base is a standard size and l have removed approx half of the front panel. 

I then created a smaller card 3.1/4"x 3.1/4" in Whisper White, flipped it to face the opposite direction of my main card (so they interlock) and layered two panels in Smoky Slate & Pool Party beneath the back of the card and a layer of Smoky Slate beneath the front panel.

I have added some of the gorgeous Forever Greenery dsp, some stamped/diecut elements and popped those up on one of the stunning new gold hoops & added some of the gold gems to finish it off.

As my love affair continues with the Jar of Flowers bundle, these colours were just perfect for creating a pretty jar of blooms. I have also used the Forever Fernery border die and the Old World paper 3D embossing folder to add some subtle texture.

I decided to keep it basically greeting free, that way l can add the appropriate one when giving!

Evening everyone!

Its time for another fun colour combination from Colour Inkspiration challenges! 

I just love the rich jewel tones of this weeks colours and had loads of ideas for using them, but l needed to create a card for a friends husband and as we kindly refer to him as the "Dinosaur", what better set to use than "Dino Days".

As l always do with masculine cards, clean and simple was my go to! Pretty happy with the result and l'm sure he will see the humorous side of it too!

Just Add Ink #508...Add "F"

Happy Friday friends!

It's challenge time again over at Just Add Ink and our challenge this week from Tina, is to add "F" to our projects...Super easy and perfect for delving into my new Forever Ferns products!

I have included "Ferns-Foliage-Friend" as my "F" elements, to create a crisp clean card, with simple layers and texture using the "Greenery" embossing folders, the "Forever Greenery DSP" and the "Forever Fern" bundle.
