Just Add Ink #142.....

Our challenge over at Just Add Ink this week is a great "Sketch" provided by Mae.
I enjoyed using this sketch and pretty much kept it as is, not being one to think outside the box to much with sketch's,  l still try doing something a little different if the mojo is playing nice!

Once l had water coloured and fussy cut the image for the main panel, it still looked a little blah, so l clear embossed the black panel, using the poppies repetitively to add interest and a little texture.
The end result is rather bold & striking, don't you think?

The Design Team have once again pulled out all stops and really come up with some fantastic cards. Don't forget to swing by their blogs and leave them some love, it's always appreciated...:0)
