Good Morning!

Time to share my new Just Add Ink challenge project with you!  This week Tina has challenged us to add "H" to our projects...simple and fun!

I have gone with "H" for Happy, choosing to create another Christmas card for my stash. I have kept it simple with a few diecuts, some texture and sparkle...really easy to recreate this one and as l go through a few, l like the simple option for quick creating.

I have used the Subtles embossing folder, Winter Woods Bundle, Stitched Labels & the Merry Christmas to all stamps and dies.  In Merry Merlot, Mossy meadow & Gold Glimmer.

Colour INKspiration #65

Yay! It's time to play along with the Colour Inkspiration team and a new batch of challenge colours!

I stuck predominantly with the Black, Gray & Blackberry adding a tiny hint of the Merlot as a circle element beneath the sentiment, using the Sailing Home bundle.

Just Add Ink #477...Sketch!

It's challenge time again over at Just Add Ink and Kim has given us this lovely clean sketch to create with!

I decided to combine it with the gorgeous new "Christmas Gleaming" suite to make a start on my Christmas cards and l have to say, l just love everything in this suite and the fabulous coordination of them all.

I have also used one of the pretty "Banded Together" diecuts and flipped the sketch circle element to the left of the card...Lots of layers, texture and pretty copper details.

Just Add Ink #476...Inspiration!

Happy Friday friends!

This pretty spring look inspiration provided by the lovely Lou is our challenge over at Just Add Ink this week.

I was inspired by the colours and spring feel and decided to combine it with a new fave bundle, "Daisy Lane".
The petite size of these sweet daisy punches is perfect for adding multiple blooms to a card and the foliage is perfect for soft backgrounds too.

My go to colours were Mossy Meadow-Old Olive-Highland Heather-Rich Razzleberry and a hint of Gold Glimmer.

Colour INKspiration #64

Evening everyone!

It's time for a brand new Colour INKspirations blog hop and l'm a little excited to be playing along this week, as l was meant to be soaking up the sunshine on a 3 week vacay in beautiful Bali and was sad to be missing this gorgeous inspo.
But unfortunately, l had a foot tangling encounter with my handbag strap exiting my car a few days before heading off and have fractured my hip/pelvis and will be spending 6 weeks in a wheelchair and 6 on crutches. A bit frustrating, but it meant l was able to join this Colour INK hop...So there's always a bright side :0)

For my project l have combined some "New" to me goodies using the Band Together Bundle and teamed it with Heirloom Frames. I used my Stampin Blends to colour the images and added some simple bling using the In Colour Gems.

Just Add Ink #475...Add Food!

Happy Friday Friends!

And that means a new Just Add Ink challenge is happening! This week, Kelly has challenged us to "Add Food" to our projects...So many fun and creative options for this one!

I have created a simple celebrate card using one of the images from the "Piece of Cake" bundle...Cake is food right? and who doesn't love cake!

I have added some silver glimmer and petal Pink dsp details and coloured the image with stampin Blends and popped them all up on one of the stitched label diecuts.

Just Add Ink #474...Colour!

Morning friends!

Its challenge time again over at Just Add Ink and this week Jo has given us this pretty colour combo to create with.

I have used this weeks colours with a new fave stamp set "Beautiful Friendship" and the lovely and versatile brand new "Hammered" embossing folder, available in the new Stampin Up! Holiday catalogue.

Clean and simple from me this week, but for a special event card, l think it works!

Just Add Ink #473..."Choose Two"

Good Morning Friends and Happy Spring!

It is Friday and that means we have a new challenge happening over on the Just Add Ink blog. For this one we have been challenged to choose two of the elements suggested and create a project incorporating those.

I have chosen Metallics and Twine using Gold glimmer paper and some Gold twine, combining them with the butterfly image from Beautiful Day & some of the flowers from Bloom & Grow. Plus some other small florals from the Lots of Happy card kit and Vibrant vases.

The large background diecut is one l have had cutout in my stash from ages ago and have no idea on the brand, but it is not an SU product.
