Just Add Ink #455...Sympathy!

Happy Friday everyone!

This week over at Just Add Ink Kim has challenged us to "Add Sympathy" to our projects! I really like this challenge, as l struggle to make sympathy cards at a time when they are required, so having a pre made on hand is always a good thing!

For my project this week, l have used the "Share What You Love" suite and a new to me fold. This fold is commonly referred to as a "Triangle Fold" and was fun and so simple to create.

Stamp Review Crew....Bike Ride!

Good Morning everyone!....It's time to share the current Stamp Review Crew hop and for this one we are showcasing the fun "BIKE RIDE" set.

I decided to look at all of the little details in this set, rather than just the bike image. I've used the "Wheel & Blooms" to create a sweet hanging wagon wheel effect on one of the cute "Note card/Envelopes".
My floral colours are So Saffron-Old Olive-Mossy Meadow-Granny Apple Green & Mango Melody, coloured with SU markers, using the no line colouring concept.
The wheel was stamped in Crumbcake and daubered with Soft Suede.

Just Add Ink #454...Colour!

Happy Friday everyone!

It's time for another Just Add Ink challenge and for this one, the lovely Lou has given us this great colour combination to create with!

As l usually do when faced with a bold colour combo, l keep it clean and simple with loads of white and let the colours really pop and shine.
I've used the 

Bouquet of Blooms and Love What You Do stamp sets to create a clustered focal point.

Colour INKspiration #54

Happy hump day friends! It's time for a fun "NEW" Colour INKspiration challenge!

For this hop we get to add a pop of colour to black and white! I love this concept, as it allows us to choose the colour we want to add to our projects!

For my CI project this hop, l've gone with the Forever Lovely bundle added "Grapefruit Grove" as my pop of colour!

Just Add Ink #453...Choose Two!

Happy Easter everyone! 

This week over at Just Add Ink Jan has challenged us to choose any two of the elements to add to our projects. Being that it's almost Easter, l've gone with some cute "Bunny" packaging using the "Best Bunny" stamps and punch.

For the box design l followed a fabulous tutorial from Angie over at the Chicnscratch blog and cased her sweet Easter box in the pinks. I then created my own version which is a bit more boy oriented, but could still be used for either gender and it meets the challenge criteria having a "Bunny & Flowers".
The green ribbon and stuffing filler is from my pre SU stash, as is the little egg punch. Everything else Stampin Up and current product.

Just Add Ink #452...Sketch!

It's Just Add Ink time once again and this week Tina has given us this fun and easy to use sketch to play with.

I decided to team it with the "Forever Lovely" bundle to create a crisp, clean card with a pop of Lovely Lipstick...How cute are those little "Happiness Blooms" enamel dots!

Ok, short and sweet from me this week, as nanny duty is calling...I'm off to the movies with my little peeps!

Just Add Ink #451...Inspiration!

Yay!...It's another lovely Autumn day in Melbourne and this weeks Inspiration pic from Jo works perfectly for some sunshiny creations!

I have a sweet & sassy little someone celebrating a birthday next week, so l put the inspiration to work on a sweet, floral, ice cream inspired card for her.

I combined the Pocket Full of Sunshine stamps and framelits with, Cool Treats/Frozen Treats (retired), some little punched blooms and the Well Written framelits.

It's not my normal card style, but its full of pretties and l'm sure she will love it!
