Good morning friends!
We have a fun new challenge over at Just Add Ink and this weeks challenge is to "ADD the SEASON" So wherever we live in this awesome world, we needed to create our projects using the season as our theme!
So with frosty temps in the single digits l created using "Winter" and after a little research, l discovered that Magnolias are a late winter bloom and were therefore perfect for this challenge!
I have inked up the main image from "Good Morning Magnolia", but as the trees are basically bare, l only partially coloured my bloom using the baby oil technique and my Prismacolour pencils.

Baby oil technique? I'm off to youtube that one! Beautiful inspiration Nikki! Kelly x
ReplyDeleteI'm right behind you, Kelly! It sounds intriguing. Your magnolia is spectacular, Nikki! I love how you've not coloured the outer bits, such a dramatic effect.
