Colour INKspiration #09

 Colour INKspiration

Wow!...That two weeks just flew!  It's Colour INKspiration  time again and that means a brand new colour palette to play with!
These colours are not ones l would normally reach for, well together that is. But once l started playing l decided l really love this combination and had fun creating my sample!

I love the Garden in Bloom stamp set and decided it needed some more love. And l thought it worked well for these colours, as l like the soft watercolour effect of the second image. Plus l discovered the bee body stamp works really well for the flower center too...You probably already new that though..:0)
If you have been following the hop you would have arrived from the  talented Rachel Palmieri and her beautiful project. But if not you can keep hopping along and see all of the design crews designs by clicking the link or banner above.

Now you are off to see the fabulous inspiration from  Lou Kitzelman.

Thanks for stopping by!
All supplies used are Stampin Up!

  1. Love it! I am a sucker for an offset frame. This stamp set is absolutely perfect for this challenge. I love all the little details you have added.

  2. Your flowers are so lovely Nikki - good tip about the bee - although I didn't get this set and opted for Penned and Painted instead which is now about to retire-sob!. And I love your frame treatment behind the posy. - beautifully balanced card

  3. Oh I love garden in bloom too. Your frame is perfect behind the flowers. I love your card.

  4. I love the square frame on your card it sets everything off just perfectly x

  5. I love your creation, Nikki. Beautiful layering and focal point of the flowers. D x

  6. How lovely! Love the use of the embossing folder too!
