We have a fun hop happening at the Stamp Review Crew and for this one it's all about the "Oh So Succulent" stamp set and thinlits.
I've gone rather dramatic with black, white & copper and created a "Mothers Day" card. I love the versatility of this set and the oh so cute elements.
You may have just arrived from the blog of the talented Bronwyn Eastley and her no doubt inspiring "Oh so Succulent" project. But if you have just popped up here, you can click the next banner to continue on the hop or the SRC banner above to start at the top.
Now you are off to be inspired by the talents of Betty Traciak "HAPPY HOPPING"
Thanks for stopping by!
All supplies used are stampin Up!
Yes! A fabulous black background just makes these images pop! And the funky black and white DSP for the pots is perfect :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, Nikki. Love the contrast of succulents against the black background.
ReplyDeleteReally pretty card an I love the use of the copper with the green & black. I love to grow succulents and I swear all of my succulents end up with strangly looking shoots and then fall over. Lol.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! This will make great club or stack card. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun color combination, and I love your lattice work. I don't recognize it; did you make that with strips of card stock by hand?
ReplyDeleteThanks Heidi..No, l'm not that patient..lol It's actually a retired dsp pack called "Back to Black" Which l'm hoarding..:0)
DeleteStunning! Love that the DSP looks like a piece of lattice work- perfect for this!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Nikki! The copper in that colour combination is amazing! Kelly x
