Secret Garden & In-colours...Summer Card Camp #2-Day 1

Whoohoo!.....It's "Summer Card Camp" time over at Online Card Classes and for once, l thought l would jump right in with a card for Day 1. The format for this class is a selection of sketches and colours that run for a week and we get to use them in any combination. Today's card uses a loose version of sketch #2 flipped from right to left and Pink, Orange, Aqua & White, plus some Neutrals from the colour palette. (I did however sneak in some green for the leaves)...:0)

Can you tell I'm in love with this years "In-colours". They are just so soft and pretty and I'm thinking they are my all time faves...although l probably say that every year...:0) What l love most about them, is there is a colour for everything, they just worked perfectly with the Secret Garden stamp set and framelits for this card. I had flower colours, foliage colour and Coastal Cabana is a very pretty butterfly colour too!

Of course l had to sneak in some sparkle by adding a silver glimmer paper butterfly layer, can you tell l love this stuff too!....Maybe my dad was onto something when l was a kid, he often referred to me as a Magpie..:0) Attracted to shiny, sparkly things!
