Just Add Ink #533...Add "S"

Good Morning everyone!

This weeks fun "S" challenge from Tina over at Just Add Ink has given the team so many creative a fun ideas.

I went with an Arrow Fold adding "S" in my sentiment. I have combined some older dsp with Misty Moonlight, Cajun Craze and the Tasteful Touches bundle to create a special ISO birthday card.

And to colour the rhinestones on both projects, l used my Stampin Blends...Great way to coordinate with other products.

And my second card.... Uses a retired stocking punch set that has lots of Sparkle!

Between the two cards, l think l have the "S" elements covered.

Evening all!

Over at Colour Inkspiration challenges, we have a brand new colour combination to work with and they are just "WOW". Totally not colours l would normally mix, but they work and l will definitely be using them again.

I decided to challenge my piecing skills and create two projects using the gorgeous "Blossoms in Bloom" bundle and l love how they look. This is such a fun and versatile bundle and it is getting lots of use.

Yay for Fridays! 

It is time to share this weeks Just Add Ink challenge and this week Patrice has given us this fab sketch to create with.
I do love a good sketch challenge and as l sadly needed one with this sentiment, it was perfect timing to combine the two.

I have used my unloved "Healing Hug's" stamp set and combined it with a set that l find so versatile "Swirly Frames" for absolutely any card style and theme and it was so quick and easy to create...But l love the bold colours and simplicity.

I decided to have a play with a few more of my unloved retired products for this one, being the designer paper and the Hand Lettered Prose dies and added some sweet flowers from the "All Things Fabulous" set to finish it off...Sweet and simple, but a technique l had been wanting to try.

Hello Friends!

It is Colour INKspiration challenge time and for this one we have some fabulous festive colours to create with.

During a recent craft room clean up, l rediscovered an old fave called Holiday Lineup that retired many moons ago. So l decided to combine some old & new products for this weeks project.

Using the challenge colours and Joyful Holly, this is what l ended up with. Unfortunately the berries altered in colour once l applied some fine tip glue.
These cuties were coloured with my Stampin Blends and also received a liberal dose of Wink of Stella for some festive sparkle.

Just Add Ink #530...Stamps-Ink-Paper!

 

Happy Friday Friends!

Its Just Add Ink challenge time once again! This week Rochelle has challenged us to create a project using only the 3 items listed above!

I absolutely loved getting inky with this challenge and used a fave technique combined with the "All Things Fabulous" set to create my challenge project.

The technique l mentioned is a watercolour one, where l used my inkpads direct to my kraft sheet and then liberally spritzed with water before inking up my stamps...its such a fun alternative to solid stamping....Another technique l used was masking up the center of my panel before stamping my images and also using a flower image, stamped on some sticky notes, fussy cut and placed accordingly to stamp my leaves.
