Just Add Ink #304...Inspiration!

Happy Easter everyone! Keep safe if you are traveling and enjoy your celebrations.

Over at Just Add Ink this week Jodene has given us some colourful inspiration to create with and although when l created my design team sample l thought it was an original idea, l realized this week while looking at the Occasions brochure that it's pretty similar to the product sample in there..:0( Being a tad time poor, there was no chance to create an alternative...So here it is!
At least the colours are very different and l've added lots of Wink of Stella sparkle to the lovely roses from the Picture Perfect stamp set.

Don't forget to pop over and check out the rest of the design teams colourful creations..:0)

Stamp Review Crew...Made With Love Edition!

 Stamp Review Crew

This edition of Stamp Review Crew is all about the "Made with Love" stamp set. It's super cute and very versatile and the timing was perfect for the arrival of a very handsome little fellow that l was giving a gift to.
His nursery is predominately black & white with hints of yellow and grey...hence the colour theme.
I used the Gift Bag punch board for the bag, this is one of my all time favorite tools. It makes packaging so easy and you never have to worry about buying a gift bag.
Way back when this tool first hit SU l made a couple of these bags as it's always handy having ready made on hand.
I've also added the measurements below..:0)
If you've been following the hop, you would have just arrived from Tanya Bosers blog and her fabulous project.
But if you've just arrived here, hit the banner up top and it will take you to the first blog on the hop or you can hit the "NEXT" banner below and continue on your way around.

Gift Bag: 2 x A4 cardstock. I've included a simple how to below.
Assembled box size:W: 8-7/8" H: 7" D:2"

Instructions:
1. Line up the 8-1/4" side of the cardstock @ the start line, punch & score on sideline-horizontal line- V & center gusset lines.
2. Line up the sideline score mark and punch again.
3. Slide cardstock along so the right hand edge of your cardstock is flush with the right side of the punch board & "SCORE ONLY"@ the medium scoreline (do not punch).
4. Continue to score all the way along the "Horizontal" line.
5. Slide the medium scoreline all the way across to the start line & "PUNCH ONLY" (do not score).
6. Repeat all 5 steps on the second piece of cardstock.

Next on the hop is Sue with her inspirational "Made with Love" project.

Just Add Ink #303...Just Add "E".

Hey there!...It's Just Add Ink challenge time again and this week Tina would like us to add "E" to our projects.
I started off with so many ideas that weren't Easter (being the obvious choice)..But after a few bin jobs and a whole lot of grumbling, l finally decided to jump on the Easter train and create some Easter packaging...I think these will make a pretty table decoration for Easter lunch.

I used my fave go to tool, the "Gift Bag Punch Board",  using the basic Med box instructions on the board and cut my cardstock to 11" x 6" and followed the easy step by step.
To create the floral detail l used the Botanical Blooms Bundle in Blushing Bride-Mint Macaron-Calypso Coral-So Saffron & Pear Pizzazz...With a liberal dose of Wink of Stella clear in the centers, it was just the perfect amount of sparkle.

Make sure you pop over to the challenge blog and check out the fab inspiration from the rest of the design team.

Just Add Ink #301...Just Add Numbers!

Holy cow!..Can you believe it's March already? The weeks are just flying by and although l do love the colours of Autumn, I'm really hoping Summer will hang around a bit longer, l feel like we've been jibbed this year.
Anyway, time for another Just Add Ink challenge. This week we want you to "JUST ADD NUMBERS" ...
So many options, l finally decided to go with the Circle Card Thinlit and make a Birthday Card for my soon to be 14 Niece.
I chose Kraft-Pool Party-Silver Glimmer(retired)-Balloon Celebrations &Number of Years Bundles and some of the gorgeous Birthday Bouquet DSP.

The design team have created some fun and fabulous ways to add numbers, so pop over to the challenge blog for lots of inspiration!
