Just Add Ink #524...Colour!

Happy Friday Friends!

We have a brand new challenge happening over at Just Add Ink and this week Jo has challenged us to add these lovely colours to our projects!

I have gone with the "Old World Paper" embossing folder for some simple texture and fussy cut and layered some of the pretty blooms and foliage from the "Tasteful Touches" stamp set, along with some foliage from the "Forever Greenery" dies in Champagne Foil. Added my greeting to a diecut from the "Stitched So Sweetly" dies and it was done!

Colour INKspiration...#86

It is challenge time again over at Colour INKspiration and this gorgeous palette was chosen by Nicole and it will run for 3wks, giving you plenty of time to join in!

For my project this week, l have used the colours with the "Flowers for all Seasons" bundle and the "Old World Paper" embossing folder. I absolutely love this bundle and couldn't resist adding a cute candle pot using the smaller image...Who doesn't love a Flowers & Candles combo!

Just Add Ink #523...Add "A"

 

Happy Friday Friends!

This weeks Just Add Ink challenge from Tina is all about adding "A" elements to our projects!

Having lots of little people in the family, creating a fun kid card using the "So Much Happy" dies and combining it with the cute images from the "From All Of Us" stamp set worked perfectly to create another card for my stash.

I used my Stampin Blends to colour, some retired DSP and some of the gorgeous "Rainbow Glimmer" paper for the balloons...Very simple, but still fun!

Just Add Ink #522...Sketch!

 

Good Morning friends!

Over at Just Add Ink this week Patrice has given us this fun sketch to create with...I have to say l do love a good sketch challenge and this one has so many possibilities...as you can see from the design team gallery, lots of fabulous and creative ideas from the team!

Black & White spots (retired DSP) and bold colours in Stampin Blends (Magenta Madness-Granny Apple Green-Mango Melody) make such a lovely colour combination.
I have added a layer embossed with the Tasteful Textures 3D embossing folder, not that easy to see in the pics though, but it gives just a hint of subtle texture and the greeting is from the "All Things Fabulous" set.

Colour INKspiration #85

Hello!

It's time for a new Colour INKspiration challenge and this weeks colours have given the design team some fabulous inspiration and their projects are amazing!

INKspired to join the challenge? It's so easy. Firstly, get some INKspiration by checking out all of the creations of the Colour INKspiration Crew in the challenge album on our Facebook page.

Then you have 12 days from today to make and upload your creation to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group. You don't have to have a blog to participate but if you do you can link back to your post. For my project this week l have revisited "Free as a Bird" and created a somewhat brighter project than l would normally with this set. I used my Stampin Blends to colour and added lots of Wink of Stella to give it some sparkle. Not much else to say really, as its fairly clean and simple in design.

Happy Friday friends!

Over at Just Add Ink we have a gorgeous new inspiration challenge from Rachael and it inspired me to create a shaker card...Something l haven't done in ages!

I pulled out the ever so pretty "Gorgeous Posie" stamp set from the Gorgeous Posies card kit and created my own background and them added a small posy to the front...Sweet & simple!

The colours are Blushing Bride & Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink & Grapefruit Grove, Soft Sea foam & Pear Pizzazz. I also added some of the yummy Champagne Foil as foliage and sentiment. Sequins are a mixed bag of Stampin Up and some from my stash.

My shaker frame was cut using the Stitched so Sweetly Dies & Stitched Rectangles.
