Just Add Ink #784...Sketch!

Our Just Add Ink challenge this week is from Tristan and its such a great sketch to create with!

I've gone fairly clean with this one, choosing to focus on the Floral image in Timid Tiger, Daffodil Delight & Old Olive with a spotlight technique using the Fragrant Layers stamp set and a die from the retired Stitched Shapes die set...Speckles are from the Painterly Pears stamps and the Sunny Day Iridescent dots finished it off perfectly.

It's Colour INKspiration challenge time and for this one we are celebrating the 24/26 In colours as sad to say they are retiring. These were definitely some of my fave In Colours from Stampin Up!

Using all 5 colours and some Crumbcake, I've gone with a fun cleanish beachy birthday for my project. These colours were perfect for cracking open my New "Rolling Waves" bundle.

Lots of stamping off, water flicking for a mottley look and some Wink of Stella for sparkle, although that is not easy to see in the pics. 

To add some extra detail, l've added some 24/26 In Colour flat pearls and a little Gold thread.

I'm definitely looking forward to playing with this bundle again, as the first try is always a learning curve for me until l get use to all the elements.

Just Add Ink #783...Colour & Inspiration!

Over at Just Add Ink we have a fun Colour & Inspiration challenge happening and my project for this one uses mainly the colours, but the Lovely Blossom diecut worked to add some circle elements (think Donuts).

The colours l chose are Stampin Up! Early Espresso-Pretty in Pink-Crumbcake-White. Stamped images are from the Lovely Blossom set and the Pretty in Pink designer paper and flat pearls are from the 24/26  In Colour products...To finish off, l have added some twine detail using the Gold Twisted Thread and greeting is also from the Lovely Blossom stamps.

Pretty grunge for the new Colour INKspiration challenge and for this one cheryll has provided a pastel pallete for us to create with!

I decided to step outside of my comfort zone for this one, using the Gears & Textures bundle to create a pretty pastel grunge project.

This set is super cool and the elements work great individually or together making it a very versatile bundle...To add some extra oomph, l used some retired silver foil and rhinestones to girly it up a little.
