Hey there! We have a fun new challenge happening over at Just Add Ink. This week Patrice would like us to use "Paper Piecing" on our projects.
I haven't done this in ages. I've gone very simple and used dsp strips to create the cake layers from "Build a Birthday" and have created a masculine-ish birthday card. Although it would work perfectly fine for both genders.
The rest of the design team have created some fabulous projects using this technique, so don't forget to stop by and check them out and play along if you can.
Now l'm off to sit on the heater and thaw out. It's on bake mode so it shouldn't take long..:0) Roll on summer!
What a great way to convert such a festive card to be masculine Nikki - the gray/black colours make it suitably subdued but also very sophisticated! xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fabulous Masculine card Nikki! I love the elegant design and your neutral colours with the touch of sparkly stars! xx
