The lace border effect is 2 of the Tripple layer Doilies (setting #3) punched in Crumbcake to match the DSP and bottom layer of the image panel.
I must say that playing with this piece of DSP was a real struggle for me, as those that know me, know l have a severe issue with the feel of anything "Velvety"....l'm sure this is a result of being made to sit on Velvet lounges growing up in the 70's and as Jodene suggested "Flocked wallpaper"...hmmm this is also true as my bedroom was wall to wall "Purple Demask Flocked paper" the in thing back then, complete with Limegreen cane furniture!..lol.

Absolutely stunning Nikki .... I loved your previous card and I loooove this card too ...the subtle sponging on the tree image is a lovely touch and adds to the soft vintage feel of the card! Love it in every way!!!
