(Choose one SU col to add to allowed colours, can be past or current)

Evening Friends!

This week over at Colour INKspiration challenges, we are celebrating our 200th challenge with current and past design team. On Jan 11th 2017, the lovely Bronwyn Eastley created Colour INKspiration challenges and with many design team, some still current, this fabulous and creative crew have reached the fabulous milestone of 200 challenges!
Huge thanks also goes to the lovely Lou Kitzelman and the admin team for a fun and consistent challenge to be a part of!

So many beautiful projects to inspire you if you'd like to play along and help us celebrate a great milestone challenge, we would love to see your fave Stampin Up colours! So click the link above to be redirected and come join in the fun!

This challenge is a little different from our norm, but so much fun being able to choose our feature colour from current or retired Stampin Up! colours.

I couldn't resist my all time fave pink for this one, being "Pink Pirouette" it's just so pretty, soft & clean.
I've teamed it with Basic White-Basic Black-Crumbcake from our allowed extra challenge colours.

I've used the lovely Layers of Beauty bundle-Arched Wishes Dies-Elements of Text and a greeting from the very cute Gnomes for Summer stamps (retired). To finish off l have added a Linen Thread bow and some teeny Basic Pearls.

I just love this colour combination, it's always been a fave and even though the stamped leaves are Crumbcake, l think they work really well.

Just Add Ink #774...Stencils & Dies!

We have another fun "NEW" concept challenge happening over at Just Add Ink this week, it's all about Dies & Stencils! You can use either of those or a combination of both and combine them with absolutely any product you like!

I decided on the pretty Thankful Garden bundle, as it has Dies-Stamps & stencils! It makes creating so quick and easy.
On this one l have featured the Lovely Garden DSP, as l'm back on my use my dsp phase! This print is very pretty and inspired the stamped/stencil focal image.
To colour the flowers l have used Crushed Curry & Garden Green in various strengths with blender brushes.
I then diecut some extra foliage in Garden Green & Gold Glimmer and popped them all up on a Spotlight on Nature diecut and chose the same one in the small size for the sentiment.

Don't forget to pop over to the challenge blog to see all of the fab projects from the team.

Just Add Ink #773...Sketch!

Happy Friday friends!

It's time for another Just Add Ink challenge and this one is from Tristan. She has given us a lovely sketch to create with and the possibilities were endless!

I decided to cut into some more of my Painted Pears dsp. I have used it as the base panel and also fussy cut some of the little blossoms.

The card base is Secret Sea, sentiment panels are diecut from the Traditional Labels dies in Darling Duckling & Petal Pink. Stamped in Secret Sea.

Foliage is diecut using the Painterly Pears dies in Old Olive and Pecan Pie. To finish off l've added a couple of Basic Pearls & a Gold Twine Bow.

I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out using this combination of papers and colours.

Lots of fab projects from the design team, so don't forget to stop by the blog for a peek at those if you haven't already.

Just Add Ink #772...Colour & Inspiration!

Use the Inspiration the Colours or a combination of both! Min of 3 colours required.

It is Just Add Ink challenge time and for this one Kerry has given us a fun Halloween/colour combination.
This is another of our "NEW" look challenges, we now combine both the colour (min of 3 req)and some inspiration...this means we could use one or the other or a combination of both...Entirely up to you!

I'm not usually a Halloween creator, but l decided to have fun with this one and create a candy type box using the Arched Wishes dies (second largest) and as l don't have any current Halloween sets, l dug out a couple of oldies for this one!
Wicked cool & Festive Phrases, both well retired stamp sets, but two l kept for just incase!

The colours l chose from Stampin Up! are Gorgeous Grape-Peach Pie & Pumpkin Pie both applied to the Arch using blending brushes.
I also added a fastener bow using some (Retired) Misty Moonlight ribbon & some Secret Sea Charming Faceted dots...So l have used a combination of 4 of the 5 colours.

Box details:
A strip of basic white cardstock 2-1/2" x 9-1/2"
Scored @ 3" & 6-1/2" rotate & score on both 9-1/2" sides @ 1/4"
I used some Tombo to attach to the Arches.

Colour INKspiration #198

Over at Colour INKspiration challenge,  Alisa has provided a super cute colour combo for creating our projects for this one!

I decided to have a little fun with this one and pulled out my Punch board and a piece of 12" x 12" Very vanilla cardstock to create a giftbox size XL on the board.

I've been wanting to make a honeycomb bauble for ages, so thought this would make a fun decor element on the box.
To create the half size, l diecut 6 of each colour using Pool Party & Real Red and the Bauble blooms die.
Belly band is Coastal Cabana, bow is some (Retired) Organza ribbon, with Gold Twine and some Open Weave Gold detail...A couple of Basic pearls to finish off!

It was fun to creat something other than a card and l think its a cute way to decorate a simple box for gifting.

Colour INKspiration #197

Happy Wednesday all!

It's time to share this weeks new Colour INKspiration challenge and this one is from Vicki.

I've gone kind of rustic using only the colours and none of the extra allowed ones.
This one uses the Christmas Greenery dies-Mini Corrugated 3D embossing folder-Delightful Wishes Bundle-Some Basic Pearls coloured with Night Of Navy Stampin Blend.
I've added some fine speckles using the Night of Navy inkpad and water on my aqua painter and flicked over randomly.

It's fairly basic in design, but l think will work for a masculine birthday just fine!

Just Add Ink #770...Colour!

Happy Friday everyone!

Our Just Add Ink colour challenge this week is from Diane and these colours are just so pretty together!

My project this week uses the Pretty Floral dies-Mini Corrugated embossing folder-Perrenial Postage dies-Impressions Abloom bundle-Arched Wishes dies-Boho Vibes dies-Basic Rhinestones-Silver Twine-Smoky Slate inkpad & the challenge colour inkpads/cardstocks.

I love how soft it all looks on the crisp white and it was lots of fun layering up all of the elements to create a sweet birthday card that l think could be used for multiple age groups.

Over at Just Add Ink we are making some changes, so this will be our last weekly challenge. We are moving to fortnightly challenges! Our next challenge will be on the 8th Oct.

Lots of pretty projects from the team this week, so click the link for a look at those if you haven't already stopped by!

Just Add Ink #768...Sketch!

 Good Morning friends!

Over at Just Add Ink Tristan has challenged us to create a project using this sketch as a starting point.

I've opted for a Birthday card for a "Travel Cup" queen using the Floral Charm DSP, diecut with the Cheers & Sips dies and a little fussy cutting to create a replica of her fave new addition to her travel cup collection.
Colours are Berry Burst & Timid Tiger, with Mossy meadow foliage. Sentiment is from the Charming Day bundle and embellishments are the 24/26 In Colour Flat Pearls.

Lots of fun sketch projects from the DT, so click the link if you haven't already stopped by the challenge blog.
