Just Add Ink #663...Choose Two!

 

Happy Friday friends!

It's time for a brand new Just Add Ink  challenge and this week Tina has given us some fun "Choose Two" options to create with.

I couldn't resist inking up these cuties from the "Birds Eye View" stamp set and to meet the challenge brief of choosing two (Flowers & Splatters) l added some small florals from the "Petal Park" stamps to their tummy.

Both the birds and branch are coloured using a combination of Boho Blue-Pecan Pie-Bubble Bath-Lemon Lime Twist and fussy cut so l could add some dimension.

For the second of my choose Two choices, l went with "Splatters" and for this l pulled out my all time fave detail set Gorgeous Grunge....It's an oldie but a goody!

I used the large splat image to create tone on tone, Bubble bath inkpad on Bubble Bath cardstock and some fine splatters in Pecan Pie.

To add some depth, l used the blending brush and Bubble Bath inkpad around the edges, finished off with a sentiment from the "Timeless Arrangement" stamp set and some of the Adhesive backed solid Gems in Boho blue.

Just Add Ink #661...Inspiration!

Happy Friday Friends!

It's Just Add Ink challenge time and for this one we have some lovely festive inspiration.

I decided that my head wasn't in the right space to start on Christmas yet, so l've gone with a wreath inspired Birthday card using the pretty Petal Park bundle and some of the gorgeous Bubble Bath Ink & Cardstock and teamed them with black for a bold contrast.

Dsp is some retired Perfectly Penciled scraps and the sentiments are stamped using the Biggest Wish stamp set in Bubble Bath & Memento Black inks.

To create the circle, l used the fine tip Basic Black marker and a lge circle die. The blooms were stamped in Bubble Bath and foliage in Old Olive.

l have added some fine tip black dots and Classic Matte dots to the flower centers. To finish off l had this Gold twine bow already made, so added that for a little bling.

Colour INKspiration...#147

We are back with a lovely new colour challenge over at Colour INKspiration challenges and for this one l chose an inspiration pic that has some of the pretty new and returning colours from Stampin Up!

Cheerful Daisies was my choice for this one, as l hadn't yet just created with dies and layering elements and thought they would look good in Very Vanilla.

These were layered up on a base of Lost Lagoon and a panel using Copper Clay & some of the pretty Inked Botanicals dsp.

Gems are the 23-25 In Colour Dots & a bow of the 23-25 In Colour Jute trim.
