Eeek!....I think l lost a week..:0) I can't believe it's Friday already. But that means it's new challenge time again over at Just Add Ink and Narelle has given us a really great sketch to play with..:0)
I really enjoy our sketch challenges, l find them such a great way to start, especially if I'm lacking in imagination and looking for inspiration.
My sample for this week is somewhat more layered and "Pink" than l'd normally do, but I'm loving this new hostess set from SU called "Floral Wings" and the vine image will definitely feature on more of my creations, it's so dainty.
Mmmm, gorgeous! I love these colors and I love them even more with this butterfly! I also love the rose cluster stamped on the inside! Amazing!
ReplyDeleteI'm really liking your use of pink lately, Nikki! I agree, the vine stamp is a beautiful, versatile image. Love how you've used it on this pretty card. x
ReplyDeleteI'm loving all the pink! Really pretty card, love your choice of layering and that little touch of bling. The inside of your card looks pretty spesh too. x
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Nikki! I love your use of the banner and tag and all the lovely layers of bling and detail. So gorgeous inside and out! xx
ReplyDeleteNikki pink, navy, green and white - this is a beautiful colour combo!! So elegant :)
ReplyDeleteStunning colour combo and stamp set Nikki. Love the boldness of the navy. The dainty floral edge is lovely. Chantell x x x
ReplyDeleteLove that you used the same colours as the sketch two weeks ago, I loved the navy, pink and gold together. Your card is gorgeous and really love that butterfly with the polka dots. Fabulous!
ReplyDeletePink and navy are a super striking combo Nikki - even more so when dressed up with gold. Love how strong and bold the butterfly is and yet how the pink adds the delicacy. xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty Nikki! That little splash of gold add just the perfect amount of sparkle too :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty yet so modern, Nikki. I love that you've used the navy pink & gold combo again. Looks great with a dash of green too. The banners are a great choice too.
