Colour INKspiration #168

Evening all!

It's Colour INKspiration  challenge time and this week Bernie has given us a great colour palette to create with!

For this one l have used a Playing in the Rain stamp image, coloured with Stampin Blends in the challenge colours and a retired sentiment from the Cottage Roses set.

These are layered up on a diecut from the Spotlight on Nature dies. The background is a piece of the Frames & Flowers DSP, embossed with the awesome Dotted Circles folder and lightly sanded.

To finish l used the a retired punch for a double layer sentiment and added a linen thread bow.

Just Add Ink #707...Sketch!

 

Morning all!

Over at Just Add Ink this week,  Kim has challenged us to create a project using this lovely clean sketch!

I decided to crack open my pretty Ephemera packs for this one and created a NO stamping project using the sketch as a starting point.

Card base is from the Calming Creek Cards & Envelope pack, they are so, so pretty and perfect for a fuss free, quick to create project.
Circles are diecut using the Spotlight on Nature dies and layered up with diecuts from the Say Something & Fully Flowering Ephemera packs....Again, LOVE how super quick it is to create a project using these.

To finish off, l have added some Basic Pearls and a Linen Thread bow.

Just Add Ink #705...Fancy Edge!

 

Good Morning friends!

Over at Just Add Ink  Lou has challenged us to add a Fancy Edge to our projects for this weeks fun challenge!

For this one l have added a fancy edge using the pretty curved die from the "Around the Bend" dies and layered up lots of soft florals from the "Textured Florals Bundle".

I have used all Basic White cardstock and added ink to the images using my Blender Brushes. This keeps the inking soft and as the colours l have used are new inkpads, its way less solid looking.

Colours are Pretty in Pink-Shy Shamrock-Peach Pie and a white gel pen and some Pretty in pink In Col glimmer paper for extra detail and some sparkle.
