It's time for another fun challenge over at Just Add Ink. This week Jan has given us a lovely colour palette to play with and l really enjoyed creating with them.
I had fun revisiting one of my fave sets from Stampin Up "Kinda Eclectic and teamed it with an image from "Flower Shop".
The design team have created some lovely inspiration to help get you motivated, so don't forget to stop by their blogs and check them out.

Wonderland...

Can you tell I'm loving the "Wonderland" suite...:0) Here's another very quick and simple Christmas card.
I just love the variety of coordinating patterns in the dsp and especially that they can stand alone for really effective backgrounds.

Just Add Ink #289.....Music!

Happy Friday everyone and with another week done, the Christmas countdown is really about to begin, such a lovely, fun, yet crazy time of year!...:0)
Our challenge over at Just Add Ink is from the lovely Patrice and she would like us to "JUST ADD MUSIC".....
I was stumped on this one at first, as l don't have much in the way of musical elements on hand, but after a bit of procrastinating l had a light bulb moment...DSP! After that it took no time to create and l love the result. It's still clean in terms of layers, but interesting enough to pass muster me thinks!

The design team have added music in a variety of ways, so don't forget to pop over for some more fab inspiration.

If you want to start at the beginning, just click on the badge up top and this will take you over to the "Stamp Review Crew" blog.
If you are happily hopping along, you would have arrived here from the talented Tanya Boser and her fabulous project created with the lovely "Wonderland" Set.

My projects use the "Winter Wonderland" specialty dsp and "Winter Wonderland" designer Vellum stack & Washi tape as well....I love when Stampin Up bring out such lovely product suites.
Using these products dictated my colour scheme and as l generally do for Christmas cards l kept them fairly simple and let the products l've used do the work..:0)

Your next stop on the hop is the super talented Lisa and her fab "Wonderland" inspiration.

Just Add Ink #288....Sketch!

JAI #288

This weeks  Just Add Ink challenge is this fabulous sketch from Narelle. Instead of stars, l used the lovely "Festive Flower" builder punch to make a somewhat large Poinsettia and love the way this project came together. It's always a bonus when you can translate from mental image to reality and it actually works..:0)

Don't forget to stop by the challenge blog for heaps of lovely inspiration from the design team.

Just Add Ink #287.....Inspiration!

JAI #287-Inspiration

Hey there! It's that time again over at Just Add Ink  and this week Jodene has given us some lovely, colourful inspiration to play with.
It's rather obvious what inspired me and that was the leaves and the lovely yellow and orange tones. As for my last post, l used the "Lighthearted Leaves" set again. I embossed in white e/p and coloured using my markers and blender pen in Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Rich Razzleberry & Old Olive. I also used my Blendies to colour the rhinestones to match.

The design team have used the inspiration to create some gorgeous projects, so don't forget to pop by the challenge blog for that lovely inspiration.
